David Ditchfield born 2nd January 1977 in Stockport grew up and lived there till 2001 when I moved to Leeds where I am based now. I’m married and have been for 8 years and have two children Taylor 9 and Hermione 6, I love radio it’s all I know what to do! I like connecting with people and finding out other people’s stories, I love to write and when I’m not working and making cakes and swimming with the kids I go to college part time to study Personal Training.

Sony Academy Gold award 2002 Competition Award This was for a feature I wrote and presented called “Quit from your Quilt”
I have presented on Granada TV and Yorkshire TV a weekly music feature on Granada Reports, and a cooking show on Yorkshire.
I have hosted some of the largest attended free concerts in Europe including Party in the Park Leeds to 70,000 in 2001, 2002, 2003.
